I am subleasing my apartment at The Cottages on Lindberg (less than 10 minute drive to campus). Its a 2 bed 2.5 bath cottage. My assigned roommate and I are supposed to move in Aug 14th but Im no longer staying in West Lafayette for the upcoming school year so Im looking for someone to take over my lease.
Rent is $1,050 - the apartment has cool amenities, which include one the largest pools in west lafayette, a brand new pet spa, and 24-hour access to a gym, clubhouse, and free bus shuttle during school days. All rooms are very spacious and clean & the maintenance team usually responds in less than 3 hours.
