I have a sublet for July with the possibility of a longer-term stay if this is desired or needed. The lease for my lovely apartment is ending at the end of July, however, I already have another place to move July 1st. So Im seeking someone to take my apartment a month early! This could mean you take the apartment for a month as a sublet and then move out at the end of July when my lease would be ending, or it could also mean you move in with the intention of signing a year lease at the end of July (which would also involve an application, credit check, and deposit). The apartment will be mostly empty since Ill have moved out, but I can easily leave the living room futon and some kitchen items for cooking for July. Its a beautiful, well-lit, amazing location, walking distance to grocery stores, cafes, BART, bus lines, and very safe and quiet. Street parking, all modern appliances, hardwood floors, bathtub, dishwasher, and great neighbors. Utilities not included.
