For the subtenant
The subtenant has to be enrolled at a university. The enrollment certificate has to be submitted
with the subrental (online-) form. Furthermore the income may not exceed the BafG maximium
rate. Enrolled students at Studienkolleg are permitted to become subtenants.The subtenant has to follow the house rules.The subtenant has to be informed by the main tenant to use the c/o-procedure.
