Hi all, I am looking to sublease my studio apartment in Deep Ellum available starting ASAP! The lease goes through March 2025 but I am willing to work with someone needing only a summer sublease or month to month! The apartment will be unfurnished and you will be renting through me.

The building is extremely quiet and insulated from the Deep Ellum noise, but still puts you in the heart of all the fun! Theres a brand new pool and pickleball court as well as a fitness center and a copy center. I am relocating for and need to sublease ASAP.
