Private room for rent (Newly Renovated)

Renting out 1 bedroom in a 8 bedroom house (house will be pretty empty over the summer though.) Renting period is anywhere between June 9th through August 30th.

The rent is $1250 per month plus utilities. Preferably looking for female tenants.

While I am subletting, only 3 of my roommates are confirmed to stay -- the girls are all super nice and courteous. We love to have fun but also respect each others space. After living with them the entire year, we never had any arguments as we all clean up after ourselves and communicate any problems we have. Our street is very quiet and its a very close walk to campus.

The room is in the basement floor of the house, newly built (my friends and I were the first ones to live there and LOVED it!) The room will be furnished with a queen bed, the shelving unit, and a desk! The kitchen will have everything you need to cook and eat, with a microwave, stove, oven, 2 refrigerators, and more. Theres a closet in the bedroom for hanging clothes and various closets around the house for storage that can fit a bike and more. There is laundry machine as well and direct access to my bedroom using the side door.
