We are moving upstate and out of our beautiful, spacious, furnished, air-conditioned, apartment on the excellent corner of Manhattan Av and Bedford in Greenpoint.

The apartment is a floor-through, and we need to keep one room with a separate entrance for the occasions my husband has in-person meetings in town (a couple of nights a month only.)

The other 4 rooms have two additional entrances and are good for two roommates, and ideal for a couple. Please see photos.

The apartment is on the third floor. Its a walk-up, and the building has just one more apartment under us, and a laundromat.
