So you can use one as an office and the other as a bed room. Or just do what you want with them. If you decide to rent the second bedroom (which is totally an option for you) you will split the rent 3 ways. Between you, the current roommate, and the 3rd member bringing your monthly rent down even more. In order to sublet you will need to put your name on the lease for the remainder of the lease agreement, which ends in October with the option to continue leasing month to month after with no additional fees.
