Hello! I am looking for someone to take over a lease at The Ridge at Clear Creek for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. You will get the private Master Bedroom as well as your own bathroom and closet. It is in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment about a mile from Northern Arizona Universitys south campus. The unit also includes a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. Your roommates will be two girls who are nice and laidback, as well as a cat. Internet and a covered parking spot are included with rent, but utilities such as water and electricity are not. The apartment is also unfurnished. Let me know if you have any questions :)
