I am looking for a tenant to take over the lease of my 12th story, 500 sqft studio apartment in downtown Milwaukee. This is at Juneau Village Towers. This apartment offers stunning views of downtown and is conveniently located on 3 different bus routes (#30, #15, and #33). The CN1 bus route is also a 10 minute walk away. Additionally, there is a Hop Streetcar station (Jackson at Juneau) right outside the front door, as well as a Bublr Bikeshare station across the street. This is ideal for students or professionals who work downtown.

I have only lived here for 8 months and just need to find a tenant to take over my lease. The reason I have to because it fulfills the requirements under my scholarship post-graduation requirement, and will fully repay my college debt.. Though I will be out of state, the property is fully managed by the property management company, Katz Properties INC. You will be able to go through them for all maintenance requests, parking reservations, or other concerns regarding the property. Note, this is not a sublet, you will be taking over the lease with Katz Properties.

Sublet Lease: July - November, with option to renew with landlord.

Package deliveries are kept in the main office in the A building, a short walk from the lobby door. Mail is downstairs on the 1st floor of the building.

The current lease runs from now through the end of November 2024. After it expires, you will have the opportunity to renew with the property management company. I have had great experiences with them. Management is very responsive to all maintenance requests.
