Im looking for a sublease to take over my yearly lease starting September 1st.

Im currently looking to buy my own place so that is why Im moving out. The current tenants are my friends and great guys. One is 33 and works from home as a hardware engineer while the other is 27 and in law school. They both pretty fun guys but also professionals that are fairly busy and like quite time at night during the week. On weekends theyll have friends over and occasionally go out.

The place itself is fully furnished but the room will be cleared of my things and will be bare for you to move into. The square footage is around 1250 ft^2 with 3 bedrooms (yours is the biggest), 2 bathrooms, a living area, a dining room, a sun room, a couple forays, a modern kitchen, back deck and finally a nice outdoor area. There is a driveway for shared parking and free parking on the street as well. Additionally there is an unfinished basement for storage and in unit laundry. Honestly it is a very nice place.

Your room is 11.5x10.5 includes a sizable closet which has shelving for additional space to put clothes etc. I am leaving the closet dresser that i built in the little rectangular space. It fits perfectly and gives you more areas for organizing/hanging clothes. The windows in the room face east and allow for lots of sunlight to come into the room during the day. There is a bookshelf that i built and put up on the wall that can be left or removed as requested.

The rent on this place has stayed the same for over 3 years so that is why it is so cheap. Youll honestly have a hard time finding another place as nice as this for this price point.
