5x5 Townhouse walking distance from downtown, midtown, and campus! We are looking for someone willing to take over our lease for the 24/25 school year. The neighborhood is called the Reef, managed by KNR. address is 622 NW 3rd AVE
Rent is only 725 for each person, 5 people. The move in is early in the month (I believe August 8th). The townhouse does not share any walls, has two floors, and is very spacious. Each room has its own private bathroom, and very spacious. Though it is not furnished, we are willing to leave some furniture if it is more convenient. There is also an in-unit washer and dryer. Parking is an additional cost if you have a car, but it is not expensive. Pets are also welcome, but they do charge a fee as well.
