Hi everyone! Im looking for someone in college to take over my August-July 2025 lease at the Point! Its a wonderful apartment complex, and Im very sad to be leaving it.
Rent is about $640 a month not including utilities, with utilities it comes to around $670 and you are able to split it in half if needed! They are pet-friendly and have an area for dogs!
Roommates are random, as I was the only one who re-signed out of the three in the apartment, but they pair people based on preferences and similarities, and I loved the roommates that I had the past year!
Move-in would be the week of the 14th in August, and move-out would be in late July of 2025!
