I am looking to sublease my apartment. It is a studio apartment unit at a top floor of a small apartment. You will have your own bathroom, AC, kitchen, oven, and fridge.
The lease ends at July 22, 2025 and you can take it over anytime during July. I need to move out before August because I found elsewhere.
There is a washer in the unit and in the site as well. I can also leave the bed and the couch behind, if you would like to use it.
I have already paid the $860 security deposit and it will stay with the unit.
The place is quiet and safe and only 20 minutes walk away from OSU. It is also only a short 10-14 min drive from downtown.
