This is a good studio for someone looking to save on rent. I have lived comfortably here for over a year with my small cat. It is near the highway, so there is some noise from time to time. It has a second floor balcony with an outdoor storage closet. The manager in the leasing office is very nice and helpful and responds quickly to service requests/inquiries.
