I am currently an NAU student looking to sublet my lease at Skyview Apartments, situated right on the edge of NAU campus for easy access to classes and school amenities. I am would be paying a discounted rate at Skyview, as most other residents will be expected to pay roughly $200 more per month when this lease starts. My two good friends are female roommates in this unit currently, they are friendly, polite, and clean. They do not have pets, so no worrying about allergies. I would be happy to cover any transfer fees associated with the subleasing of this unit!
