Looking to transfer my existing lease at The 808 Cleveland. Room comes completely furnished with everything you may need: double bed, floor to ceiling windows, private in-suite bathroom, closet rack. It is a apart of a 4 bedroom co-living suite. Other roommates are very quiet, respectful, & you will hardly notice a presence.

The building is a brand new high rise, right on Chicago Ave. with full amenities: gym, pool/jacuzzi, roof deck with lounge space and grills, private offices, a dog run, game room, etc. I am relocating from Chicago & now need to move. Lease runs through the end of November 2024 with option to renew, should you wish.
