I am subleasing my studio apartment near West University District. My lease ends August 30th and I am looking for someone to take over starting July 1st or August 1st. This unit is located on the 3rd floor and has a great view of Spencers Butte and Amazon park! Great building with amazing landlord and super chill neighbors. The building is a 12 minute walk from the UO library and less than 18 minute walk from the heart of campus. The unit does come with some fees but the first 10 dollars of electricity are paid by the building and the rest is covered, so expect to pay AT MOST $20 extra per month on utilities.
