Im looking for a guy to take over my apartment lease from August 16, 2024 - July 31, 2025, at the View On Pavey Square (10 W Northwood Ave).
The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 4 baths and is fully furnished! You will have your own bed and bath attached to your room. There will be 3 other male roommates.
Amenities include a 24/7 gym, an in-unit washer and dryer, multiple common areas in the building, and parking upon request
Parking is available and the garage is conveniently connected to the building.
The location is very close to campus. The apartment is off of high street and is a quick 5-minute walk to north campus of Ohio State.
