Subletting at Tower 5040 (girls only)

Hey yall, looking for someone to take over my lease at Tower. Super short walk from campus, its right across from Bayou Oaks. Its a 4 bed/4bath with a nice sized kitchen and living room. All utilities are included in rent other than electric and thats split four ways. Washer and dryer are in unit. Rent is $939 each month and individual to each room. No need to worry about if one of the other roommates are late or short on rent. The room is right across from the gym. You also have access to the pool and barbecue grills. Parking is covered in the garage for an additional $50 a month. If you have someone you want to room with, my roommate is also subletting so theyre two rooms available. If you dont have someone youre interested in rooming with thats fine I still need someone to take over my lease! Moving to Colorado in the fall and need someone to take over this lease for the coming school year ASAP.
