Hey I am looking for someone to sublease my two rooms in Laurel Canyon for a few months. The house is a beautiful split floor 3 bed 2 bath house in the Canyon with one roommate Will whos 30 yo Male who is super easy going, clean, and friendly. The rooms available are the master bedroom, master bathroom, as well as another bed room/office space. The roommate uses the living room as his music studio and then has one bedroom. Another musician or someone that doesnt mind loud music at times would be preferred as my roommate does make music in his free time. He works a day job so he is usually gone from 8-5 6 days a week then home after that. Hes really respectable with the noise and if you ever need it to be quiet hell cooperate and is never loud after midnight. I am open to leaving the room furnished or emptying it out for you whatever your preference is I will just need to know. (the rugs and electronics will not be left) For the lease option I am looking for 2 months minimum to a year maximum at 1800 including utitlities Any electronics included in the pictures will not be left behind. Please let me know asap I am looking for someone to start as soon as July 10th.
