Up for sublease is my 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment in Park Slope.

My apartment in a classic 1885 Brownstone is available starting next Monday, July 8th for either a MONTH to MONTH arrangement or a pre-determined lease, please write in your response to this post your interest, how long you plan on needing the apartment, what youll be doing in Brooklyn/New York and we can take from there.

Due to illness in my family, my mothers horrific bout with Alzheimers Disease and my fathers ongoing issues with Cancer, Ill need to be out of town for an extended period of time. Please help me make that happen while taking residency in my well-appointed place. We can help each other out if you need a place to stay/live for a temporary period of time.

What youll be entitled to:
A one bedroom apartment, top/3rd floor walk-up on a very desirable block in the Historic section of Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York City. Residence includes a cozy bedroom furnished with a very soft and comfortable Queen-Sized bed with side tables/drawers and open closet area. The apartment also has a large, roomy walk-in closet as well as the main living area with decorative fireplace, couch, entertainment center and stereo. Kitchenette includes appliances: four burner stove/oven and well-working 1947 GE refrigerator. Bathroom comes with a standup shower and beautiful skylight. Linens, pillows, kitchenware, tableware, etc will also be furnished. All you really need is yourself and your personal effects to start enjoying life in a highly desirable area of Brooklyn.
