I am looking to sublet my house either temporarily, or handover the lease altogether. I found a new living situation Id like to try out, but want to be sure its truly a fit before letting go of my lease. Sublet dates are negotiable, however, right now it would be ideal to leave the place furnished- even partially. I have a king tempurpedic mattress that is just really difficult to move, so would be great if that can stay. Please let me know your needs and hopefully we can make something work!
