Im moving to Cambridge and looking for someone to take over the lease for my apartment starting August 1 with an option to renew in January.

Its a one bedroom with a living room, kitchen and bathroom.

The building is a two minute walk from Coolidge Corner in Brookline and across the street from Trader Joes.

The monthly rent is $2,525.00.

The landlord covers heat and water. So the tenant would be responsible for electric, which is largely lights so that tends to stay pretty low. Other utilities include wifi.

Theres laundry in the basement and there will be an online application process with the landlord.
