Hi, sadly, I have to part ways with this unit because Im moving to NYC. This unit has been great. Its on the 59th floor of the John Hancock tower as a corner unit. It has views of the North-- Oak street beach-- and west into the city and burbs. Its huge. It used to be a two bedroom, but a previous owner decided to combine the living room with one of the bedrooms, and so theres a giant living space that makes the apartment feel open and great for hosting. Other great aspects about our unit-- you get extra storage space in the floor right above and have the washer/dryer access on the same floor. Another unique aspect about our building is that theres a grocery store in the building, making it great for staying cozy in the winter. You have easy access to the mag mile buses and the red line. Lastly, I think the pictures of the apartment speak for themselves. The views and space is stunning.

Some additional details. Were looking for someone to take over the rest of our lease from Oct 1 to the end of April 2025. Our Landlord doesnt plan on taking the unit over, so you can choose to renew. All utilities are included except electricity. Finally, the doormen are really nice!
