-Updated kitchen with modern appliances and tons of counterspace. Dishwasher, microwave, full range stove with hood, oven, 2-door fridge
-Decently sized living room with huge tv already mounted
-Luxurious Kips Bay Court complex with doorman, elevators, large laundry rooms in building, mailroom, etc.
-Ideal sublet would be for the full four months (Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan).
-Roommate in the other room is 25yo male working in Finance, new to NYC and excited to meet new people
