Subletting one bedroom (with private full bath) in a large 2B/2b West Village apartment from Sept 2024 until Sept 2025. Room is fully-furnished (but can be flexible on this). Would love if someone would be willing to sign lease, but can be flexible. Ideal move in date is Sept 1st.

The apartment is spacious and newly-renovated with Bosch and GE appliances. Also has a ton of closet space.

Located around 11th & Washington, about a block in from West Side Hwy. 7-10 min walk to 1,2,3,A,C,E,L, Path trains

This location is idealespecially in spring/summer for morning runs, sunset walks, and weekend picnics on the pier. Youre also 5-10-minute walk from some of the best restaurants and bars in the city

Current resident is a female working professional in her mid to late 20s

The ideal subletter would also a female working professional in her mid to late 20s! (The person youll be replacing is a female working professional who unfortunately must relocate for work)

Apartment has in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, A/C

Friend / partner visits are no problem but no parties, please. No smoking, drugs, or pets
