To ensure your safety, we have installed a motion Ring security camera doorbell, at the front door. This camera is positioned to face the front balcony and does not capture any views of interior spaces at all. It is actively recording video, and audio only when motion is detected.
Guests are welcome to make use of the entire dwelling, with the exception of the designated secured linen and cleaning closets. Certain areas within the property serve as private storage for the owners personal belongings. We kindly ask that you respect the owners privacy by refraining from entering these restricted areas. Situated in a secure 24-hour guarded gated community, our condominium ensures safety and privacy. We will request identification through the platform for access to our subdivision at booking.
