Hi, I am putting my apartment up for rent. The complex is called The Westlyn and is located in Warrenville, IL just south of HWY 88 off exit 125. I am looking for someone to take over my lease from August 2024 to May 2025. Rent is currently $1786 per month ($150 cheaper than current market rate). I am moving due to relocation for my work. I will add the new tenant as a roommate on my existing lease. Once complete, I will remove myself from the lease.
