Ive lived here for a few years and I like it, its super close to the lake and close enough to the highway that it doesnt feel as far from central Nashville as it is on a map. Ive never had an issue with management or my neighbors. (The only reason Im looking to sublet is that I want to move in to a bigger place with my partner!) My complex allows subletting, the leasing office will sign over my lease to you after youre approved, and that lease will end at the end of April -- but if you like the place, you can renew it at that point for however much longer you want to stay!

The complex has a swimming pool, small fitness center, package room, volleyball and tennis courts, and a playground. The unit will not be furnished. This unit faces the back of the property so you have a beautiful view of the strip of woods between here and Percy Priest Lake.
