I am in Graduate School at ECU and in my last year of school and set to graduate in May. I signed this lease, but quickly deferred my internship for ECU in wanting to attend another program. I only signed a full academic year lease and desperately need this apartment lease taken over. The roommate is also a girl in graduate school, so a female is highly highly preferred! A parking space is included, in unit laundry, pool view, balcony, partially furnished, private bedroom/bathroom. I will pay the first 2 months of rent!
