Im looking for candidates to replace me on my current lease. I live in the apartments of Local 1896, a beautiful community space located just off of St. Michaels on Plaza Del Sur in Santa Fe. It is within 0.5 miles of a Smiths Grocery Store, Starbucks, gas station, veterinary clinic, Kai Sushi, and Sagches Coffee. The location is a massive perk for those with or without means of transportation.
The apartment is 950 sq. feet, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a backyard/patio space. This apartment has hardwood floors, is newly renovated, and is pet friendly. The neighbors are welcoming and warm. This apartment will NOT be furnished.
Candidates would be replacing me on my current lease which ends November. Candidates must have a total income 2.5x greater than the monthly rent of $2,277. This can be accomplished with roommates or a co-signer. Upon completion of the current lease in November, candidates can have the option to move to a 12 month lease or greater for significantly lower rent (eg. $2102/month if you sign a 12 month lease)
