We need someone to take over our lease by September 1st and they will have the option to resign the lease. This is a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath spacious apartment with floor to ceiling windows. There are laundry machines (washer/dryer) in unit and a gym and activity room center in the building with 24-hour concierge. There is also the option to rent a parking spot in the buildings garage and pool access at the sister building. We have truly enjoyed living here; however, we are moving to a different city.
