Looking to have it rented by August 1 but can do August 15th. The lease ends June 1, 2025, so 10 months, with option to renew (Ive been here 2 years and love it here but relocating due to work). Rent is $2875 (not including utilities) everyone on the lease would have to submit an application through the apartment website. Deposit is $0. The master bedroom has 2 closets with full body mirrored doors. The 2nd bedroom has a walk-in closest. Includes 2 parking spaces in the gated garage, central AC/heating that you can control from an app, dishwasher, rental portal where you can submit maintenance requests, pay rent, etc. Community is also gated. Pets are welcome for additional pet rent or $50/month and I believe a $500 pet deposit. There is 24 hour laundry on site ($1.75 to wash $1.25 to dry and takes cards/Apple Pay/pay on the app). The community has a pool, dog park, sauna, jacuzzi, dog wash station, fitness center, and outdoor gym, lounge area with a firepit/grills/pool table, secured amazon lockers, mailboxes, and package vallet.
