Included in price is rent, utility fee (internet, cable, water, trash) and furniture. Not included is gas and electric, which is normally between $70-$100. Security deposit is required in the amount of one months rent.

I would like to sublease it as furnished, which includes the couch (electronic recliner) and chair (also reclining), bedroom set, kitchen table and chairs, tv stand, computer desk, bookshelves, ottoman and rug. I plan on taking electronics including living room TV, desk monitors, sound bar, etc.
