The Process - I am "subleasing" this unit, but technically you would be taking over the lease, and then have the option to sign another lease when this "sublease" ends. Accordingly, you will be required to submit an application with the property management company, go through their review process (e.g., credit check, income check, etc.), and if you get approved, will be paying them directly rather than me. The Unit - Unit 410 is on the top floor, facing topiary park, so it comes with a really nice view. Its one bedroom/one bathroom, has a decently sized living room, and has an enormous walk-in closet attached to the bedroom. Due to the construction quality, being on the top floor, and facing the park, it is quite quiet and serene in this unit, which is very nice. This apartment comes with a washer and dryer in-unit. Utilities - This building uses AT&T Fiber for the internet, providing up to 5Gbps internet (both download and upload). The energy provider is AEP. The water and trash are managed by Buckeye Utility Services. Amenities - Quick note, this unit does not come furnished, but unfortunately that was not an option while filling this posting out for some reason. There is an option to lease some furniture with a company the building has partnered with - ask the leasing office for more info. This building has a nice gym on the first floor, accessible via the Washington Avenue entrance. This building has a monitored secure package storage room, so you never have to worry about the security of a delivery. The location is fantastic - you are literally right next to Topiary Park, which is beautiful, and catty corner from the main branch of the Columbus Library. You will be in the heart of downtown, access to all of the nice restaurants and shops within walking distance. Residences at Topiary Park does have a parking garage, as well as street parking. That is something you will have to work out with the property management workers in the leasing office.
