The space
This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom private apartment on the ground floor, for only your use - shared with no one else. This home features a rare private outdoor patio to relax with coffee and reading as the sun peaks out over the horizon, or to enjoy a glass of wine or beer as the dusk settles in after a long day. There is a kitchen with cookware, flatware, and silverware for you to whip up a meal, and eat at the dining table as you gaze out the sliding glass door at your patio. Please note that a dishwasher unit is not included. The bathroom has a full bathtub combined with an overhead shower. Up to 3 guests may stay in the home. The 2 beds in the bedroom combine into one large bed for a solo traveler or couple or can be split apart for 2 roommates if you are bringing someone to share the apartment. The couch also folds out into a sofa bed, for the larger groups of 3 who have often been comfortable sharing the space.

1- Our property has fruit-bearing trees that attract ants and bugs. These are natural occurrences that are beyond our control. We do our best to keep the place clean and pest-free, but we cannot guarantee that you will not encounter any insects during your stay. Please be aware of this before booking. 3- In the rare event that the heater is not working, space heater/s are available.
