Hello everyone! I currently have an apartment lease up for transfer for The Pointe at State College. It is $920 a month including everything except electricity (which isnt that much because its split 3 ways). I need it transferred ASAP (preferably before August 1 but definitely before August 24) because the last guy who said he was going to take it bailed out after wasting a month of my time. Very convenient to get to campus from here as its right near the bus route and they provide with a bus pass.
