Looking for a short term renter between 1-4 months (dates are flexible, but approximately mid-September to January 2024). Commitment period can also be flexible (you dont have to commit to all 4 months), mostly just looking for the right person who will be respectful of my place as well as my neighbors.

**my apartment is right in the downtown Long Beach area, BUT it also means that traffic is very loud and you WILL hear it in your unit. If youre not quite used to this kind of city life, I would encourage you not to reach out as it might drive you nuts. This is not the suburbs :)
**there is also no AC/Heat in the unit -- its actually doesnt get very hot since you get that beach air. And I dont expect the fall months to be very hot. There is a fan and a small space heater in the unit. But if you are a person who really needs AC or central heat, I dont think this sublet would work for you.
