This three bedroom space has two rooms available for rent, take them both, or just one. The pet-friendly building is awesome and has absolutely everything. It has a resort style pool, yoga space, dog park, fire pits, grills, gym, hot tub, and even a bike repair area. The room has AC, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher, and even a washer & dryer in the unit!

Your roommate is a Texas local studying at ASU. He is athletic, friendly, outgoing and really easy to work with. He is a great communicator and although he is social and friendly he also likes to chill out, keep to himself and respects others privacy. He is interested in making new friends by living with people he hasnt met yet.

You honestly cant beat this location, this amazing space and this cool roommate.
