Hey there - I will be away for work this coming August 15-September 15 (optional to September 30th), and would love to sublet my spacious and comfortable apartment. Furnished as is.

This top floor, one bedroom gets amazing light all day. Truthfully you dont have to turn any light on, in any room, until night time. Also, the neighborhood right outside my door is stellar for food, coffee, and fun bars. Astoria arguably has some of the best food in the city for everyday eats.

Its located in a small apartment building with only six units, so it is quiet at night. Friendly neighbors, and a kind, attentive landlord who lives in the city.

I hand-made some of the wood furniture, such as the desk, kitchen table, and nightstand. The bed is a Thuma bed with a Helix Mattress, which is a fantastic combination. There is also a countertop dishwasher, which is new and works great.
