I am currently seeking someone to take over my lease at The Rowan from August 1, 2024, through July 21, 2025. The Rowan offers multiple floor plans, including two-bedroom, three-bedroom, and four-bedroom options. You can rent an entire room or the entire unit.

As an added incentive, I will cover the first months rent! Both students and non-students are welcome to apply and live at The Rowan.
