$1,000/week (less for longer stay) includes WiFi, water, and electric. Small dogs are negotiable but no cats.

The apartment: Fully furnished! Queen bed, TV, couch, table, towels, cookware, etc. Theres a window unit strong enough to cool the entire apartment, dog crate if you need one, dishwasher, and coin operated laundry in the basement. Its on the 3rd floor of a walk-up brownstone facing Mass Ave.

Note: Pardon my study materials on the table! The dog area will be cleared so it can be used for a desk. Will also have some space available in closet and under the bed for storage.

The location: The apartment is on Mass Ave, 5 minute walk to Mass Ave Orange Line stop and about 10 mins to the Green Line (E). There are a ton of great restaurants, coffee shops and bars nearby. Also walking distance to Northeastern, BUs medical campus, BMC, and Berklee.

The building does not have parking but there is permit street parking.
