Looking to sublet a room in a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in the Canton area of Baltimore, beginning in September(potentially depending on your situation earlier or later). Will be sharing a two bedroom apartment, with private bathroom, with a female roommate and a cat(his name is Pepperoni ). Were both MICA alumnis so any off campus students/recent grads are always welcomed. We are generally quiet and clean individuals who like to cook, watch tv, and walk around the neighborhood for local grocery stores, restaurants, and bars.

The apartment building will be the 101 Ellwood apartments, that comes with tons of amenities. Parking for cars, bike storage, in unit washer/dryer, A/C unit, package room, gym, courtyard, rooftop access, free street parking, and etc. Directly right across from Patterson park.
