Im looking for someone to take over my lease/sublet from August 2024 - July 2025. This place is such a treat for the eyes has a *beautiful* lobby/study lounge and the whole vibe here is super chill. Its only a 10 minute walk to the UT campus. Theres not much of a big crowd here and you get your privacy. Very secure--nobody can get in the building or elevators without a key pass and they even have an automated system (butterflyMX) where you can let your visitors into the building via automatically unlocking the entrance through your phone. The maintenance is super quick and responsive--Ive never had any issues getting things fixed around here.
