This is a sublease at campus creek townhomes. Its at the very end of the row so only 1 neighbor. Pet friendly with a fee, not sure how much, i had esas. Plenty of parking and its a quiet area. Utilities would be electric, (around 100-120) gas, (20-40) and water (25) i will be paying the trash bill and internet for the remainder of the lease, its 350$ at the start of the lease. I want to move out by August 1st, if i cant find anyone before then i will be moving out September 1st.
