I am subleasing my studio in Brickell, Miami. It is most affordable rent I know in the city. The lease ends on July 2025. You can take it the entire time or at minimum 4 months.

With taxes, parking and insurance you will pay a total of $2,500 a month.
The parking space is optional. If you dont need a parking space you can expect a total of $2,400 a month. (Parking spaces are $100 each monthly)
