The apartment has a shared kitchen, shared washer and dryer just for the apartment. The walk onto the UNR campus is about 1-5 MINUTES depending on where you want to go, super convenient. While some noise does occur as it is student based housing(thats how its advertised, anyone can take the lease) the noise levels arent disgustingly loud and there are responsibleents of peace, and if you do want peace there are outside courtyard you can relax in, or in the clubhouse on the roof.
