Beautiful One bedroom apartment home located in downtown North Little Rock. Very spacious with nice features. We are interested in moving due to us needing more space for our growing family but not enough funds to pay for the relocation fee to escape the lease! Our lease did say we were able to sublet to someone who makes 2.5 times the rent. Parking garage with elevator and stair access, this apartment is on the second floor. Nice view of the pool yard and its a pretty quiet community with everyone super friendly!!! Never had any issues with maintenance or the office. They do allow pets just for a small fee per month. Valet trash service, water is a seperate fee, we also pay a few cents a month for monthly pest control, as well as a couple other fees. electric is through NLR electric. Will send pictures of current home if interested! Also comes with washer and dryer, flat top glass stove, nice refrigerator and microwave, garbage disposal, balcony/patio, and again nice views and really nice location!!! Looking for a subletter asap!!
