Hi! I am planning to study abroad from January 2025- May 2025. I am looking a for a clean person to take over my lease during this time. You will have your own bathroom, and private room. In house kitchen and washer/dryer included as well. Utilities are about 80-90$ per month as well. Pest control/services available daily, as well as a security system.
