Hello, I am Caroline Dickson. I will be studying abroad this fall so I am looking for someone to sublet at my house from August 1st to December 20th. My roommates and I have a 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house with a fenced in yard. There are two kitchens, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is AC and heating, as well as laundry. Our house is right across from Nelson (2231 S High St), so it couldnt be closer to the University of Denver campus. Were all very quiet, nice, clean, and studious. So you wont need to worry about noise. Rent would be around $1,000 a month.
